The practice and effects of nursing management organization reform in our hospital

摘要: 目的:介绍我院护理管理组织改革的实践过程和结果,为其他护理管理者提供参考。方法:回顾性分析我院在2012 年9 月至2013 年12 月借鉴台湾护理管理经验进行护理管理组织改革的过程,同时对改革后的护士满意度和离职率进行对比分析。结果:通过护理管理组织改革提高了护士满意度,降低了护士离职率,差异有统计学意义。结论:重组护理专业管理组织,发动临床一线护理人员参与护理管理和理顺护理行政管理组织与专业管理组织的关系,提高了我院护理管理效率,增加了临床护理人员的积极性和对医院的认同感、归属感,提高了临床护理质量。

Abstract: Objective: To introduce of the experience of nursing management organizational reform. Methods: The authors reviewed their hospital nursing management organization reform process from September 2012 to December 2013 based on learning experience from Taiwan. They compared the satisfaction and turn-over rate of nurses before and after the reform.Results: After the nursing management organization reform, nurses' satisfaction improved while their turnover rate decreased,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions: Restructuring of nursing management organization and involving firstline nursing staff in nursing management could improve the efficiency of nursing management, increase the enthusiasm, sense of identity and belonging to the hospital, and then improve the nursing care quality.
