肿瘤放化疗专科护理教学方法的改进实践

摘要: 目的:探讨肿瘤放化疗专科护理教学方法改进实践对教学质量和教学满意度的影响。方法:将2012 级在肿瘤科实习的70 名护生作为观察组,2011 级67 名护生作为对照组,两组均按照临床路径教学模式采取一对一带教方法。对照组采取教学组长集中进行操作示范、带教老师轮流主持教学查房、护生定期参加全院护理大课等教学方式;观察组采取分段式教学,由专职护士集中进行理论授课、操作示范及教学效果评价,护生在实习中后段独立主持教学查房等方式。比较两组护生肿瘤放化疗专科护理理论知识和操作技能考核成绩、教学查房质量、护理教学满意度。结果:观察组在各方面均优于对照组。结论:改进实践能有效提高肿瘤科护理教学质量及教学满意度,值得推广。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of teaching method improvement of specific nursing for tumor patients with radiochemotherapy. Methods: Totally 70 trainees of Grade 2012 in oncology department were selected as observational group, while 67 trainees of Grade 2011 as control group. Both groups accepted one to one teaching based on the clinical pathway teaching method. In the control group, teaching group leader demonstrated the nursing procedure, teachers took charge of the teaching rounds in turn, and nurse students attended the nursing lecture training regularly. In the observational group, a sectional teaching method was used. Four groups of specialty nurses provided lecture, procedure demonstration and teaching effects evaluation consecutively. Nursing students independently hosted teaching round in the later stage of practice. The knowledge and procedure examination results, teaching round quality and students' satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:In all three aspects, the observational group was better than control group. Conclusion: The improved method could effectively improve the teaching quality and satisfaction of oncology nursing.
