构建同事支持系统提高护士留职意愿

Construction of colleague support system to improve nurses' intention to stay

摘要: 目的:提高护士留职意愿。方法:构建护士群体间的同事支持系统,开展分层培训、心理支持、“三年内护士导师结对制”“秘密天使在行动”等活动提高护士留职意愿。结果:经过两年实施,比较实施前后护士留职意愿及护士对护理工作满意度,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01);护士辞职率从2011 年的7.8% 降到2013 年的3.6%。结论:建立同事支持系统提高了护士工作满意度,提高了护士留职意愿,降低了护士离职率。

Abstract: Objective: To improve nurses' intention to stay. Methods: Construction of support system between nursing colleagues, hierarchical training, psychological support, "Mentors system for nurses within three years", "Secret Angel in action"were carried out to improve nurses' intention. Results: After two years of implementation, we compared nurses' intent to stay and nurse satisfaction to the nursing work before and after implementation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Nurse's turnover rate reduced from 7.8% in 2011 to 3.6% in 2013. Conclusions: The construction of colleague support system may improve the nurses' job satisfaction and nurses' intention to stay, and reduce their turnover rate.
