护士分层信息化考核平台的建设与实践

摘要: 目的:建设护士分层信息化考核平台,改进护士分层考核的组织管理。方法:采用专家论证的方法确定各层级护士理论考核的内容结构,分专科、分层次建设护理题库,分阶段逐步推进在线考核平台应用,并加强考核后的反馈调查,实现分层在线考核的持续改进。结果:明确了不同层级护士理论考核的结构,建立了包含多个专科共计一万余道试题的题库,实现了面向全院护士的分层在线考核;护士对分层在线考核的整体满意度为98.5%。结论:题库的不断完善和更新是保障护士分层考核的基础;护士分层考核使培训效果评价更具针对性,同时降低了管理成本,提高了工作效率,方便了临床工作;有效的反馈机制和持续改进,可以有效提高护士的考核满意度。

Abstract: Objective: To build the online hierarchical information evaluation platform for nurses, and to improve the nursing management efficiency. Methods: Several measures were taken to set up continuous improvement in the hierarchical online examination of nurses. By using the method of expert argumentation, we determined the structure of theory examination of nurses in different levels, and established a question bank packed with different specialized subjects and hierarchies. We also pushed on the online examination platform by different stages and strengthened the feedback system after examination.Results: The structure of theory evaluation for nurses in different levels was confirmed and an online examination question bank was established with a total of more than ten thousand test questions which contains the questions from different specialties subjects. All nurses in the whole hospital could share the layered online assessment. And according to the feedback, overall satisfaction of nurses was 98.5%.Conclusion: With continually updating and perfecting, the question bank can ensure the quality of the hierarchical examination and the nurse training could be more effective. The cost of the management could be reduced to a certain extentand the work efficiency is also improved. This method is very convenient for clinical nurses to arrange their time. With continuous improvement in the effective feedback mechanism and test management, the nurses’ satisfaction could improve greatly.
