Abstract: High medical quality is deeply concerned by medical institutions, patients & family members, and health authorities. Care quality is the key component of nursing management. It is also the evaluation of how the performances close to patients, clinic, and the society. In this paper, the author introduced the definition of care quality, how to set up the care quality indicators, how to use scientific methods in collecting and analyzing data to find the reasons why the quality indicators did not achieve the ideal level, and how to implement interventions to continuously improve the care quality.
