摘要： 目前，同伴支持在世界各地被积极地应用于糖尿病的自我管理中。鉴于组长在同伴支持中的核心作用，组长的选拔、培训与考核显得尤为重要。本文从PubMed、万方数据库收集了2007-2013 年的相关文献，对糖尿病同伴支持组长的选拔、培训与考核等情况进行综述，以期为同伴支持的进一步开展提供参考。
Abstract: At present, peer support is actively used in diabetes self-management around the world. The selection, training and evaluation of peer leaders are particularly important because of their core effects. This article reviewed the literatures about the selection, training and evaluation of peer leaders published from 2007 to 2013 in PubMed and Wanfang database. In addition,reflection on the receiver of the peer support was performed.
