急诊护士心理资本对工作投入的影响分析

The influence of psychological capital on work engagement among emergency nurses

摘要: 目的:分析急诊护士心理资本对工作投入的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法,对安徽省22 所二级甲等及以上综合医院的432 名急诊护士进行心理资本与工作投入的问卷调查。结果: 急诊护士心理资本总均分为(4.33±0.63) 分,工作投入总均分为(3.42±0.75) 分;急诊护士心理资本与工作投入呈显著正相关(P <0.05);多元逐步回归分析结果显示,医院等级、希望、乐观3 个影响因素进入回归方程。结论:提高急诊护士心理资本是改善其工作投入的有效途径,护理管理者主要从希望与乐观两个方面采取合理提升措施,从而提高工作投入。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the influence of psychological capital on work engagement among emergency nurses.Methods: A total of 432 emergency nurses from 22 secondary and tertiary general hospitals in Anhui province were investigated with Chinese Version of Nurses' Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. Results: The average score of nurses' psychological capital was 4.33±0.63. While the average score of work engagement was 3.42±0.75. The score of psychological capital was positively correlated with work engagement significantly (P<0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that hospital level, hope, and optimism entered the regression equation of work engagement. Conclusions:Enhancing emergency nurses' psychological capital could be an effective way to promote their work engagement. In order toimprove nurses' work engagement, Nurse Managers should take reasonable measures to increase nurses' psychological capital,especially their hope and optimism.
