Abstract: Pain seriously affected the quality of life in cancer patients. In order to achieve painless life and improve the quality of life, discharged cancer patients should continue carrying out standardized treatment and nursing care. We constructed an oncology department based multi-disciplinary follow-up system. We continue help them in good pain management and provide psychological supporting after they discharged from hospital. It has good effects in alleviate anxiety of cancer pain patients, and improving their quality of life.
