摘要： 目的：了解肠造口患者的自尊状况及其与应对方式的相关性。方法：采用自设一般状况调查表、状态自尊量表(SSES)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对64例造口患者进行问卷调查。结果：造口患者的自尊呈中等水平；自尊水平与年龄（r= 0.38，P=0.002）、积极应对方式（r=0.45，P=0.032）呈正相关，与消极应对方式呈负相关（r=-0.24，P=0.038）；退休或离职患者的自尊得分（71.83±7.95）比在职患者的自尊得分（64.10±8.28）高，二者差异有统计学意义（t=2.93，P=0.005）

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the self-esteem status of patients with ostomy and to find out the correlation of coping styles and self-esteem. Methods: A demographic data form, the State Self-Esteem Scale and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire were c
