摘要： 性功能障碍是造血干细胞移植患者面临的并发症之一，严重影响患者的生活质量。文章对造血干细胞移植患者性生活现状及影响因素进行综述，以期提高临床医务人员对造血干细胞移植患者性生活质量的重视程度，为日后开展相关研究提供参考。

Abstract: Sexual dysfunction is one of the complications faced by patients with Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT), which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. This article reviews the current status and the influencing factors of sexual life in HSCT patients, in order to improve the attention of clinical medical staff to the quality of sexual life of HSCT patients and provide reference for related research in the future.
