Abstract: Based on the current research results on the spiritual climate of nurses' workplaces at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the concept and measurement, theoretical interpretation, influencing factors and effect results of spiritual climate, also puts forward the prospect of future research, so as to provide reference for promoting the localization research of spiritual climate and strengthening the construction of spiritual and cultural atmosphere in nursing workplaces.
