Abstract: The Netherlands has a perfect elderly care security system and innovative elderly care institution, such as the "Life Apartment". The life apartment has four core advanced concepts which are the culture of "YES" "use it or lose it" "family", and "be your own master". The four concepts of life apartment achieved the breakthrough of the pension culture, and created "happy paradise" for the elderly. Suggestions are puts forward finally on the basis of the characteristics of life apartment in Netherlands, combined with the current status of the pension market in China.
