摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文对出院准备度护理评估工具研究进展进行综述，归纳了普适性量表和特异性量表的研究、发展、内容等，为研制更适合我国患者的本土化出院准备度护理评估工具提供参考。

Abstract: This paper summarized research progress on discharge readiness assessment tools, including the general scales and specific scales. The development, structure and research of several scales, were reviewed in this paper. It could provide reference for us to develop more suitable local discharge readiness assessment tools.
