摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过医院护理信息化建设，实现临床护理与护理管理互联互通，构建集质量控制和数据集成于一体的结构化智能平台。在此基础上，积极创新护理绩效管理模式，建立以质量为核心的关键绩效指标体系，通过护理质量与绩效管理的有机融合，提高患者满意度，提升护理人员职业幸福感。

关键词: 护理信息化；绩效管理；护理质量

Abstract: With the development of hospital nursing informatization, the structured intelligent platform integrating quality control and data integration was developed, connecting clinical nursing and nursing management. Based on this, nursing performance management model was changed, and key performance indicators focused on nursing quality were developed. The organic integration of nursing quality and performance management improved the patients' satisfaction and enhanced nurses' professional happiness.
