Abstract: With the development of chest pain center, the requirements for the first-aid treatment of patients with acute chest pain have been increased. Nurses play an important role in the first-aid treatment of acute chest pain patients, while problems like lacking nursing triage standard and proper nursing triage tools of acute chest pain has caused issues to the emergency care of patients with acute chest pain. The current status of triage of acute chest pain and the triage tools were analyzed and compared. The dilemma of nurses when doing the acute chest pain triage work were suggested. It is expected to provide the information for building the nursing triage standard or triage tools.
