Abstract: Objective: To explore the application of the hierarchical psychological nursing through the clinical practice of hierarchical psychological nursing for post-earthquake victims. Methods: Established the "mental health workshop" and trained "mental health nurses." Hierarchical psychological nursing was carried out for 25 cases of Jiuzhaigou earthquake victims. Results: After psychological intervention and psychological support, the adverse psychological reactions of 25 victims were relieved, and had no acute stress disorder occurred, their sleeping status got improved. Conclusion: The intervention of mental health nurses' hierarchical psychological nursing played an positive role in the post-disaster psychological crisis intervention and is worth popularizing.
