护士长情绪智力与工作-家庭冲突的现状及二者相关性分析

摘要: 目的:分析护士长情绪智力与工作-家庭冲突的现状及其相关性。方法:采用一般资料问卷、工作-家庭冲突量表(WFCS)、情绪智力量表(EIS)对北京市8家三级甲等医院418名护士长进行调查,并对结果进行相关性分析。结果:护士长的工作-家庭冲突各维度平均得分在2.20~4.33分之间;护士长情绪智力各维度均分为(3.78±0.81)分,各维度得分均分在2.87~4.18分之间,处于中等水平;情绪智力与工作-家庭冲突各个维度之间呈负相关(r值在-0.292~-0.119之间,P<0.05)。结论:护士长情绪智力与工作-家庭冲突状况均处于中等偏下水平,两者之间呈显著的负相关关系,建议在选拔护士长的考察中增加对情绪智力的考核,同时定期加强对护士长情绪智力的培训。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the emotional intelligence and work-family conflict in head nurses and determine their relationship. Methods: A survey was conducted in 418 head nurses from 8 Level-III hospitals in Beijing by using the general condition questionnaire, the Work-Family Conflict Scale (WFCS) and the Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS), and correlation analysis was performed to explore their relationship. Results: The average score on each dimension of work-family conflict was between 2.20 to 4.33. The average score of emotional intelligence was 3.78±0.81, and it ranged from 2.87 to 4.18, which was at the moderate level. The emotional intelligence was negatively correlated with work-family conflict of head nurses (r=-0.292~-0.119, P<0.05). Conclusion: The emotional intelligence and work-family conflict of head nurses were at the lower middle level on the whole, and they were negatively correlated with each other. It is suggested to assess the emotional intelligence in the selection of head nurse, and pay more attention to the training of emotional intelligence of head nurse.
