摘要: 在新医改政策推动下,我院经过近几年的探索与实践,逐步形成了护理岗位管理、护士分层管理、护理绩效垂直管理的管理框架,其中护理工作的考核与评价是不断推进护理岗位管理工作的重中之重,实施科学的考核与评价,持续优化闭环管理系统,能够充分调动护理人员的工作积极性,提高护理管理效率和工作质量,真正实现现代护理管理新模式的科学化和可持续发展。
Abstract: During the trend of new medical reform policies, our hospital formed the nurse position management, hierarchical management, nursing performance of vertical management strategy gradually in recent years of exploration and practices. Assessment and evaluation of nursing work is constantly promoting nursing management priority. Closed-loop management system have been implemented, that can fully arouse the enthusiasm of nurses' work, and improve the efficiency of nursing management and working quality, achieve a new mode of modern nursing management scientific and sustainable development.
