Abstract: Totally 31 cases of outpatient fall in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Causes of outpatient falls included patient factors, environmental factors, and management factors. With fall risk assessment, effective management of high-risk patients, strengthening of environmental management, as well as encouraging full participation in the fall prevention, outpatient fall could be effectively prevented and reduced.
