摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：构建静脉血栓栓塞（Venous Thromboembolism，VTE)管理信息化平台，形成VTE评估-提醒-处置流程，提高护士VTE评估率，提高VTE风险人群宣教实施率。方法：设计VTE管理信息化平台内容与构架，形成平台初稿，试点病房运行，收集反馈信息，完善平台各项内容，将平台进行全院推广应用。结果：形成了完善的VTE管理信息化平台内容与构架；该平台提高了VTE评估率、物理预防措施宣教及实施率（P<0.05）。结论：VTE管理信息化平台能够有效提升管理效率，VTE评估-VTE高危提醒-VTE处置系统有效促进了医护合作，VTE评估率、物理预防措施宣教及实施率有待进一步提高。

Abstract: Objective: To set up the management information platform of Venous Thromboembolism (VTE), and establish the assessment-alert-intervention procedure of VTE. Methods: Firstly, the authors designed the framework of VTE management information system. Secondly, they established the preliminary draft of the platform, and then conducted the pilot run in several selected units, collected the feedback to improve the platform. Finally, they generalized the use of the platform widely. Results: They set up a preferable framework of VTE management information platform. The platform increased the rates of assessment and the physical prevention measures and implementation (P<0.05). Conclusion: The VTE management information platform could improve the management efficiency.
