Reliability and validity of Chinese version of the Dietary Sodium Restriction Questionnaire for patients with heart failure

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：对英文版心衰患者限钠饮食问卷（DSRQ)进行汉化，并检验其信度和效度。方法：采用Brislin翻译模型对DSRQ进行汉化，经专家小组评议及预试验调适条目，形成中文版限钠饮食问卷；将其应用于170例心衰患者，对测定结果进行信度、效度分析。结果：项目分析各条目临界比值均具有统计学意义（P<0.001），且各条目与量表总分的相关系数达到0.4以上；探索性因子分析显示，KMO值为0.907，提取出3个公因子，可解释总变异的68.23%；问卷的内部一致性Cronbach’s α系数为0.923，提取的3个公因子的Cronbach’s α系数分别为0.853、0.919和0.779。结论：中文版限钠饮食问卷包含认知维度、态度和主观规范维度、知觉行为控制维度。该问卷具有良好的信度和效度，可作为评估心衰患者限钠饮食依从性的工具。

Abstract: Objective: To translate the English version of the Dietary Sodium Restriction Questionnaire (DSRQ) into Chinese and test its reliability and validity. Methods: The English version of the DSRQ was translated into Chinese according to Brislin translation model, and was reviewed and culturally adjusted by panel of experts. The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of DSRQ was tested in 170 patients with heart failure (HF). Results: The exploratory factor analysis (EFA) indicated that Chinese version of DSRQ consisted of 3 factors which explained of 68.23% of total variance. The internal consistency reliability coefficients were 0.923 for total scale, and 0.853, 0.919 and 0.779 for the 3 factors respectively. Conclusion: The Chinese version of the DSRQ has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool for measuring compliance related to a low-sodium diet in Chinese patients with HF.
