Abstract: This paper summarizes the application of information management in the self-care of diabetic patients, including electronic health records, application of software and cloud platform. The application effect, existing issues and development trend were analyzed. It is expected to provide information to nurses in managing diabetic patients to reduce the incidence of complications of diabetes.
