基于影视情境的CBL教学模式在灾难护理课程中的应用效果评价

Application of film scenes for Case-Based Learning in disaster nursing course

摘要: 目的:设计并评价基于影视情境的CBL教学模式对护生灾难救护知识、技能、情感能力培养的应用效果。方法:将2012级、2013级本科护生分为对照组(60名)和实验组(63名)。对照组采用传统PBL教学模式;实验组在PBL教学中引入基于影视情境的CBL教学。课程结束后比较两组护生理论知识、实践技能及情感能力的差异性。结果:干预前基线比较对照组护生共情能力高于实验组,人文素养、护患沟通能力两组无差异性;干预后实验组护生理论知识、实践技能、共情能力、人文素养、护患沟通水平较对照组均有提高(P<0.05)。结论:在灾难护理教学中引入基于影视情境的CBL教学模式可促进护生灾难救护知情能力的交融与提升。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of film scenes embedded in a Case-Based Learning (CBL) course on developing nursing knowledge, skills and emotion ability of nursing students. Methods: 123 undergraduate nursing students were assigned into control group (n=60) and experimental group (n=63). Regular PBL was applied to control group, while video clips were produced to embed in PBL as cases in experimental group. At the end of the course, the differences of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and emotional abilities of the two groups were compared. Results: The ability of empathy of nursing students in control group was higher than experimental group on baseline, but there were no significant differences between the two groups in humanistic literacy and nurse-patient communication ability. After the intervention, theoretical knowledge, practical skills, empathy ability, humanistic accomplishment and communication abilities of experimental group were more improved than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The case scenarios with instructional video clips using in disaster nursing CBL were designed to improve nursing students’ knowledge, skills and emotional ability.
