摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析2012-2016年我国危重症护理研究的热点，以期为我国危重症护理研究的发展提供参考依据。方法：通过系统检索万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI)收录的2012-2016年发表在我国护理核心期刊上与危重症护理相关的文献，以文献中的关键词作为研究对象，使用Bicomb、SPSS 23.00软件对其进行共词聚类分析。结果：共检索到相关文献2 321篇，截取高频关键词31个，通过共词聚类分析总结出2012-2016年我国危重症护理研究的5个热点：集束化护理和循证护理在危重症患者管理中的应用研究；新生儿重症监护室危重患儿的护理；ICU专科护士的培养；危重症患者的营养支持；提升危重症患者的护理质量。结论：本研究总结出的2012-2016年我国危重症护理的研究热点，可为今后该领域的研究发展提供参考依据。

Abstract: Objective: To identify research hotspots on critical care in China from 2012 to 2016 in order to provide references for further research. Methods: The authors retrieved literature published between 2012 and 2016 from Wanfang Database and CNKI using selected medical subject headings (MeSH) terms. Bicomb and SPSS 23.00 were used to generate high-frequency MeSH terms and identify hotspots by Co-word analysis and cluster analysis. Results: Totally 5 hotspots of domain research were obtained, including studies on care bundles and evidence-based nursing; care of children in NICU; specialized training of ICU nurses; nutrition support; critical care quality improvement. Conclusion: The results of this study reflected hotspots in research on critical care in China, which provide references for further research.
