Abstract: Objective: To explore the influencing factors of postoperative sore throat grading after the oral trachea intubation among ICU patients. Methods: From April 2015 to October 2016, 382 ICU patients who could understand postoperative sore throat scale were recruited and investigated the postoperative sore throat tracheal intubation grading and age, sex, intubation urgency, air pressure, intubation time, deflated way, whether drawing during suction, positions, catheter extubation models, types of catheter, etc. We analyzed the correlation between sore throat factors and grading. Results: Logistic regression analysis showed that air pressure, intubation time, deflated way, drawing ratio, position were the influencing factors of sore throat grading. Conclusions: Through analyzing the influencing factors of sore throat grading, we could take effective measures to reduce the occurrence of sore throat or sore throat grading and to improve patients' comfort.
