Abstract: Continuity of nursing care plays an important role in maintaining the health of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention. This paper reviewed the necessity, the specific form and content as well as the evaluation on effects of continuity of nursing care for the discharged patients after percutaneous coronary intervention, which could provide reference for the construction and improvement of the mode of continuity of nursing care for the discharged patients after percutaneous coronary intervention in China.
