摘要: 临床科室护士人力资源不足一直是各个医院都面临的严峻问题。如何缓解临床护士人力资源短缺,实现人力资源的优化配置,机动护士库的组建和科学、合理的配置与管理就显得尤为重要。本文从机动护士库人员的组建类型、选拔方式和条件、工作职责、配置比与管理、培训、绩效考核几个方面进行综述,为在新形势下合理配置与管理机动护士库提供参考依据。
Abstract: Clinical nurse shortage has been a serious issue in recent years. The nursing mobile library as a new form of human resource emerged to alleviate nurse shortage. This paper reviewed the complexity management of nurse mobile library, including the requirement of library staff, the selection methods and conditions, job responsibilities, training and performance appraisal review. It is expected to provide nurse manager some information nursing mobile library to conquer the nurse shortage issue.
