团体积极心理干预对低年资护士主观幸福感和工作满意度的影响

Effect of psychological intervention based on positive psychology on subjective well-being and self-efficacy of diabetic patients

摘要: 目的:调查以积极心理学理念为指导的团体心理干预改善低年资护士的主观幸福感和工作满意度的应用效果。方法:成立心理干预小组,制订4个阶段训练计划并在整个活动期间实施基于积极心理学的团体心理干预方案;干预前及干预结束后对两组护士运用总体幸福感量表和护士工作满意度量表进行调查。结果:干预后干预组主观幸福感总分(90.54±3.23)和工作满意度总均分(5.06±0.64)均高于对照组的(78.76±6.14)和(3.03±0.22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极心理学为基础的团体心理干预能提高低年资护士的主观幸福感和工作满意度。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of positive psychology in improving the subjective well being and job satisfaction of junior nurses. Methods: The psychological intervention group was established, to develop 4 stages of training, and intervention was implemented according to the positive psychology during the whole training program. And patients in two groups were investigated with the general well being scale and the nurses' job satisfaction scale before and after the intervention. Results: The total score of subjective well-being was 90.54±3.23 and nurses' job satisfaction was 5.06±0.64 in the intervention group, which were significantly higher (P<0.01 or P <0.05) than that of the control group (which was 78.76±6.14 and 3.03±0.22 respectively). Conclusions: Group psychological training based on positive psychology could improve patients' subjective well being and job satisfaction.
