Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Children's Quality of Life Scale (PedsQLTM 13-24 months). Methods: A total of 250 healthy parents were selected, and were asked to evaluate the quality of life of their children by convenience sampling in April, 2016 to July 2016, in Zhongguancun Children's Preventive Care Clinic. The Chinese version of Children's Quality of Life Scale (PedsQLTM 13-24 months) was used to investigate the children's parents and to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results: The scale of Cronbach's α was 0.949. Content validity assessment: Scale I-CVI0.80, S-CVI / UA was 0.888. Factor analysis showed that: KMO value was 0.895, Bartlett test of sphericity statistical value was 6615.487, P<0.001. Based on the case of eigenvalues >1, in the case of 5 common factors, the cumulative variance contribution rate was 52.5%, respectively. The scale continues to use the original scale dimension. Conclusion: The Chinese version of Children's Quality of Life Scale (PedsQLTM 13-24 months) has good reliability and validity, which can be used to measure the quality of life of children from 13 to 24 months.
