Abstract: Specialist nurses play an important role in saving lives, improving quality of life and promoting rehabilitation. However, the training and utilization of specialist nurses are still need improvement in China. Improving training and utilization of specialist nurses and speeding up to establish management system have become a great issue that we have to face.
