Abstract: Unplanned readmission is very common among stroke patients. It is a burden not only to patients themselves but also to the medical system. In the meanwhile, the prevalence of unplanned readmission may reflect the health care quality of first-time hospitalization. This paper aims to analyze the reasons and countermeasures of unplanned readmission among stroke patients, so as to provide references for reducing unplanned readmission and improving health care quality.
