摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：总结“6·23”阜宁龙卷风事故中批量伤员的急救护理流程和组织管理体会。方法：紧急启动预案，调配人员待命，通过有效的组织协调，合理调整急诊科区域功能，人员分组定岗，医护协作。结果：批量伤员得到快速有效的检伤分诊、急救护理和安全转运。结论：有效的组织管理是应对突发事故的关键，护士的应急能力关系到抢救治疗的效率。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the experience of first aid nursing and management for a large number of wounded from the tornado disaster in Funing at June 23rd. Methods: The emergency plan was carried out immediately, all the medical staff prepared to await orders. The regional function of emergency department was regulated accordingly. All the medical staff had clear job description and collaborated with each other. Results: All the wounded received rapid and effective triage, first aid nursing and safe transportation. Conclusion: Effective organization and management is the key point of dealing with accidents. The emergency response ability of nursing staff was related to the efficiency of emergency treatment.
