摘要： 目的：建立减轻肺癌患者化疗所致恶心呕吐的护理工作模式。方法：构建化疗无呕病房护理工作模式，对患者恶心呕吐症状、呕吐控制满意度的调查。结果：无呕病房护理工作模式建立后，护士在化疗所致恶心呕吐认知水平的得分高于建立前（P<0.001）。患者呕吐控制评分、呕吐程度均优于实施前（P<0.05）。结论：开展无呕病房管理模式，提高了护士的无呕管理知识和技能，提高了患者的无呕控制质量。
Abstract: Objective: To reduce the Chemotherapy Induced Nausea and Vomiting (CINV) in lung cancer patients. Methods: Established a nursing mode to control the appearance of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, and identified patients' satisfaction. Results: After implementation of the nursing mode, nurses' knowledge about CINV was increased (P<0.001). The vomiting control score and vomiting degree were also improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of non-vomiting ward management mode increased nurses' knowledge and skills, and improved the quality of management of vomit.
