摘要： 基于长期静脉输液的安全管理理念，组建静脉输液团队，按照岗位和能力不同对成员进行组合，明确成员职责、角色定位，形成具有特色的管理模式，实现团队功能完整，发挥专业团队的作用，有效控制长期静脉输液的质量。
Abstract: Intravenous therapy team (IV team) was established in public hospital. The responsibilities of IV team members are identified according to their different roles. The IV team is expected to work effectively and play important role inquality control of long-term intravenous therapy.
