对护理本科生实施团体辅导及其效果评价

Research on the effects of group counseling for undergraduates

摘要: 目的:分析团体辅导对本科护生主观职业障碍、职业决策自我效能、职业认同的影响。方法:对某高校一年级、二年级58 名本科护生进行团体辅导,比较本科护生团体辅导前后主观职业障碍、职业决策自我效能、职业认同。结果:辅导前后本科护生主观职业障碍、职业决策自我效能、职业认同得分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05 或P <0.001)。结论:团体辅导能有效提高本科护生的职业决策自我效能和职业认同,降低其主观职业障碍。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of group counseling on perceived career barriers, career decisionmaking self-efficacy and career identity of undergraduate nursing students. Methods: We conducted group counseling for 58 undergraduate nursing students who were grade one or grade two from a certain university. Then we compared perceived career barriers, career decision making self-efficacy and career identity of undergraduate nursing students before and after the group counseling. Results: The scores of perceived career barriers, career decision making self-efficacy and career identity of undergraduate nursing students were different before and after the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.001). Conclusion: Group counseling can effectively improve the career decisionmaking self-efficacy and professional identity of undergraduate nursing students, and reduce their perceived career barriers.
