Abstract: Taking the knowledge sharing as the breakthrough point,the paper expounds the connotation of knowledge sharing, related theory of knowledge sharing , and the influence factors of knowledge sharing, and discusses the knowledge sharing research on the significance of nursing management, which aims to incentive the knowledge sharing of nurse from individual knowledge into collective knowledge. So we can get the purpose of improving whole knowledge content of nursing team, perfecting the nurse comprehensive ability, improving the quality of nursing and satisfying the needs of society.
