Abstract: Objective: To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of stigma in patients with oral cancer flaps transplantation. Methods: 105 patients with oral cancer flap transplantation were investigated using general data questionnaire, Social Impact Scale (SIS), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and analyzed the influencing factors. Results: The average score of SIS was 2.13±0.44, and 84.8% (89 cases) of the patients had a moderate or high level stigma. General self-efficacy and self-esteem of patients with oral cancer flap transplantation were independent factors of stigma. Conclusion: Patients with oral cancer flap transplantation had high level stigma, and the recovery and reconstruction of oral function after surgery is needed. Medical staff should guide patients to take a positive attitude to improve stigma.
