视觉艺术疗法对老年乳腺癌患者认知障碍和负性情绪的影响

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of visual art therapy on Chemotherapy-Related Cognitive Impairment and negative emotions in elderly patients with breast cancer. Methods: Totally 84 elderly patients with breast cancer chemotherapy were divided into control group (n=43) and intervention group (n=41) according to the order of admission. The control group received conventional chemotherapy health education, and the intervention group received visual art therapy. The general information questionnaire, the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Cognitive Function (FACT-Cog), and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) were used for assessment pre- and post-intervention. Results: After intervention, FACT-Cog score of elderly breast cancer patients in intervention group was higher than that of control group, and HADS score was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Visual art therapy can improve the cognitive function of elderly breast cancer patients and reduce their negative emotions.
