Results: The total score of 141 patients in RHDS was (151.36±15.64). The scores in the 4 dimensions were: score of self-condition (35.01±5.75), score of disease knowledge (60.08±10.89), score of post-discharge ability (23.31±4.41). and score of expected social support after discharge (32.96±4.10). Compared with the score of other items, physical symptoms, understanding of the next treatment plan, and medical care support after discharge were relatively lower.
