Abstract: To introduce the multi-disciplinary collaborative work pattern of the Wexner medical center of Ohio State University, including the composition and division of the team, the multi-disciplinary cooperation environment, information platform, the type and content of the work model. It was suggested that our country should make clear the division and role of team member, strengthen the construction of information sharing platform, set up the working atmosphere and guarantee mechanism for cooperation. The nursing staff should play the specialty role in the multidisciplinary team and actualize professional development.
