Abstract: The Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals carried out a series of researches about nursing post management from 2013, and did the pilot work from 2014. Both the researches and the pilot work have achieved preliminary success. This paper introduced the current status of nursing post management from the researches and the pilot work, and analyzed the existing problems and countermeasures in the application of nursing post management, to provide reference for the build of nursing post system and nursing post management reform.
