Abstract: This paper mainly introduced the process and experience of wound dressing treatment for a systemic lupus erythematosus patient with Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. The patient was a critically ill patient with basic diseases, poor economic conditions, around 80% body skin injury, a large amount of nutrient loss, and severe pain. We communicated with the patient gradually and got informed consent, applied wet healing concept, used enzyme fungicide spraying disinfection method combined with a series of functional dressings, and achieved good effect.
