Abstract: Objective: To develop and practice the "comprehensive training of nursing" project course based on OSCE model. Method: Totally 60 hours credit OSCE model "comprehensive training of nursing" was offered to three years Associate Nursing Degree 2013 class, two classes were randomly chosen as the research group; Two other classes from class 2012 were chosen as the control group, where this group used traditional teaching method with same instructors.When the courses complete, all nursing students received four courses of OSCE skill test. Results: Successfully establish OSCE model "comprehensive training of nursing" course, students who got OSCE model teaching showed better grades compare to traditional classes. Conclusion: Enrolling OSCE model "comprehensive training of nursing" course before the practical course actually improves the quality of nursing education, promotes nursing education reforms.
