Abstract: Evidence-based Practice is widely recognized as a key factor in driving the contemporary development in patient care services and nursing profession. This paper aims at reviewing the current strategies for Evidence-based Practice promotion in the University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital, and reflection of the currently existing insuficiency and future directions; ultimately achieve the goal of mutual learning and motivation.
