Abstract: Nurse-patient relationship coordination and dispute processing is a course of distance learning innovation system in nursing major for top-up program and it is based on professional tasks. Four learning situations from simple to the complex that meet the development rule of nursing ability and matched learning tasks for complete nurse-patient relationship coordination and dispute processing were designed by Expert Worker Workshop. Students completed learning tasks by selected and analysis clinical cases based on specific learning situation. The practice on 115 students of 2013-2015 grade has achieved expected effect. 74.50% of the students selected and learned the cases in line with the teaching requirements and 86.62% of the students achieved the teaching requirements. After learning, the academic record showed upward trend overall and students' ability to apply theory to practice was improved obviously which was helpful for improving clinical work ability.
