Abstract: Nutritional risk has high incidence in critically ill patients, and nutritional risk screening is the first step of nutritional support. The paper aims to contribute some suggestions to improve the present situation on the ground of an indepth review on the clinical application of the nutritional risk screening tools in critically ill patients.
