Abstract: To summarize the experience of four inter-hospital ECMO transfer. We highlighted the ECMO team members, responsibilities, management, the clinical indication of ECMO transfers, the team work and care instruction of internal ECMO circulation and transfers to critical ill patients. We considered that good ECMO team training, collaboration between disciplines, attention of details of the transport, can emergency prepareness and procedures reduce the potential risks of the transfer, especially pay attention to the complication and interventions during transfers. Think as long as there is enough power and gas source, ECMO patients transshipment is not restricted, for hope for treatment of critical patients,ECMO team to the scene quickly built the ECMO cycle and go to the superior hospital for further treatment, does give more patients with the hope of survival.
