Abstract: The neurosurgery nurses got layered training including: establishing hierarchical objectives according to the nurses' professional skills and levels; and incorporating the theoretical and practical training through the daily work. A unique professional nursing team is established, the overall quality of the team is improved, and the research capacity and team work are also improved.
