Abstract: The incidence of breast cancer in China has been on a continuous rise, meanwhile, the age of suffers has shown a trend of getting younger during the last two decades, the majority of whom are of working age when diagnosed.With the improvement of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment technology, the survival rate of breast cancer patients is increasing year by year, which make it possible for more and more breast cancer survivals in working age to return to work.This article reviewed the incidence and survival rate of breast cancer, domestic and international research on the impact factors of returning to work, and the research status of intervention studies, aiming at providing a reference for the study of returning to work of Chinese breast cancer survivors.
