Abstract: It is confirmed that patient self-management could effectively control the course of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), improve the patients' life quality, save medical resource, while not affect the health outcomes during the stable-phase of IBD. This article summarized the self-management and its related factors of IBD patients.
